These apartment spreads into the garden where is a hundred year old table made of stone. So this shady part is ideal for relishing in the first morning coffee or for the favorite afternoon reading piece or for relaxing while watching the blueness of the sea.

Note
Damage fee is necessarily in amount of € 150.00 which will be returned last day.
One-time cleaning fee of € 45.00 will be charged on check-in.

Arrival to the apartments is after 3 pm and departure before 10 am. Arrival and departure is on Saturday.

Pets are allowed on request and with an extra charge of € 10.00 per night.
Cancel Reservation
In the event that the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation by the Guest himself/herself; he/she must do so in writing (by e-mail or fax). For fixed confirmed reservations for accommodation units, the date on which the written cancellation is received represents the basis of the calculation of costs as follows:
- for a cancelled reservation up to 49 days prior to the beginning date of the service, 20% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 49-35 days prior to the beginning of the service, 30% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 35-21 days prior to the beginning of the service, 50% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 21 do 10 days prior to the beginning of the service, 80% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 10 days prior to the beginning of the service, 100% of the total amount of the reservation
In the event that the Guest does not arrive by midnight on the beginning date of the service and did not previously inform Dušati, the reservation will be cancelled and the corresponding cancellation fees will be charged according to the abovementioned terms.
In Price is included:
The residence tax, electricity, water, gas, bedclothes and towels.
Method of payment
The payment is made in two installments. A 30% deposit is paid in advance upon booking. The remainder of the price is paid upon arrival. The payment can be made to the foreign- exchange account using the bank transfer.
